What types of products do you offer?
Melisa Illustrations specializes in a diverse collection of art prints and custom illustrations. Each piece is designed to add a unique touch and vibrant personality to various spaces, including homes and offices.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our collection of art prints and custom illustrations on our website. Once you find a piece you would like to purchase, select the desired options and click the "Add to Cart" button. Proceed to checkout to complete your order.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours using reliable carriers such as DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket. The typical delivery timeframe is between 14 to 21 business days, although items may arrive sooner. Each order includes a tracking number for your convenience.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us at melisamckennaart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
